First Aid for The Most Common Problems

Most issues you might face when interacting with our app, are usually caused by some form of network congestion or small hickups with your browser/wallet. We recommend trying these steps, as usually one of these will rectify the issue you're facing;

• Refresh your webpage.

• Clear browser cache/history.

• Restart device and browser.

• Retry TXN with higher gas, use the Gas Tracker as a guide.

• Try a new RPC; a guide is available under guides/meta mask/switch RPC node.

• Delete and reinstall wallet, make sure to back up your seed phrase first!

If you have still problems, either ask in our Telegram group for help or check out our other Troubleshooting Guides.

Admins & moderators will NEVER write you first in our group. They will ask you to write them (so that you dont chat with a scammer) and they will always have a "Admin" or "Community Mod" title.
